Herbert Sillerico is suing King of Roads towing service in Orange County, Florida, after a truck from the company fell on him, causing significant injuries.
The incident occurred on July 1, 2023 in Ocoee while Sillerico’s trailer was being lifted.
The lawsuit alleges the towing service worker improperly secured the trailer, leading to its fall and Sillerico’s subsequent injuries, hospitalization, and scarring. Sillerico is seeking damages exceeding $50,000.
